In 1977, Frank and Voula Georgatos had a dream of establishing a restaurant that they would be proud of. Having started with a simple take-out, the restaurant has now grown to accommodate a 98-seat dining room along with a 28-seat seasonal patio.

The menu consists of traditional Greek, Italian and Canadian dishes and is Brighton’s most extensive.

Tradition is preserved today with the current ownership Nick & Michelle Liakos as they continue to grow Vito’s.
