In 1977, Frank and Voula Georgatos had a dream of establishing a restaurant that they would be proud of. Having started with a simple take-out, the restaurant has now grown to accommodate a 98-seat dining room along with a 28-seat seasonal patio.

The menu consists of traditional Greek, Italian and Canadian dishes and is Brighton’s most extensive.

The Georgatos family has taken great pride in being part of the wonderful community of Brighton, and have been blessed to had the opportunity to meet so many great people through out the years.

However, after over 38 years of owning and operating Vito’s, the Georgatos family has sold the business to Nick and Michelle Liakos in June of 2015.
