In 1977, Frank and Voula Georgatos had a dream of establishing a restaurant that they would be proud of. Having started with a simple take-out, the restaurant has now grown to accommodate a 98-seat dining room along with a 28-seat seasonal patio.
The menu consists of traditional Greek, Italian and Canadian dishes and is Brighton’s most extensive.
Tradition is preserved today with the new ownership and new management as they continue to grow Vito’s.
